PromptAds ("เรา") เป็นระบบผู้ช่วย AI สำหรับสร้างและจัดการแคมเปญโฆษณาบนแพลตฟอร์ม Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ผ่านการสนทนาภาษาธรรมชาติ นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร นำไปใช้อย่างไร และคุณมีสิทธิอะไรบ้าง โดยจัดทำให้สอดคล้องกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) และนโยบายแพลตฟอร์มของ Meta
01ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
1.1 ข้อมูลที่คุณให้กับเราโดยตรง
- ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้ เช่น ชื่อ อีเมล และข้อมูลติดต่อ
- ข้อความสนทนาที่คุณพิมพ์กับระบบ รวมถึงข้อมูลธุรกิจ สินค้า งบประมาณ และเป้าหมายโฆษณาที่คุณระบุ
- เนื้อหาโฆษณาที่คุณจัดเตรียม เช่น ข้อความ รูปภาพ และลิงก์ปลายทาง
1.2 ข้อมูลที่เราเข้าถึงผ่าน Meta API
เมื่อคุณเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Meta กับ PromptAds เราจะเข้าถึงข้อมูลผ่าน Meta Graph API / Marketing API ตามสิทธิ์ (permissions) ที่คุณอนุญาตเท่านั้น ดังนี้
สร้าง แก้ไข หยุดชั่วคราว หรือปรับงบประมาณของแคมเปญ ชุดโฆษณา และโฆษณาในบัญชีโฆษณาของคุณ ตามคำสั่งที่คุณอนุมัติ
อ่านข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพโฆษณา เช่น การแสดงผล คลิก ค่าใช้จ่าย และคอนเวอร์ชัน เพื่อจัดทำรายงานและข้อเสนอแนะการปรับปรุงแคมเปญ
ดูรายชื่อเพจ Facebook ที่คุณดูแล เพื่อให้คุณเลือกเพจที่ต้องการใช้ลงโฆษณา
อ่านข้อมูลเนื้อหาและการมีส่วนร่วมของเพจ เพื่อใช้ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของโพสต์ที่นำไปใช้เป็นโฆษณา
สร้างโพสต์บนเพจของคุณสำหรับใช้เป็นชิ้นงานโฆษณา (ad creative) ตามเนื้อหาที่คุณอนุมัติ
สร้างและจัดการโฆษณาที่เชื่อมโยงกับเพจของคุณ
เข้าถึงข้อมูลสินทรัพย์ทางธุรกิจเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการตั้งค่าและเชื่อมโยงบัญชีโฆษณากับเพจ
ข้อมูลจาก Meta ที่เราจัดเก็บในระบบ ได้แก่ รหัสบัญชีโฆษณาและเพจ โครงสร้างแคมเปญที่สร้างผ่านระบบ ข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพโฆษณา (performance snapshots) และ access token สำหรับเรียกใช้ API ในนามของคุณ
1.3 ข้อมูลที่เก็บโดยอัตโนมัติ
- ข้อมูลการใช้งานระบบ เช่น บันทึกการทำงาน (logs) และเวลาที่ใช้ฟีเจอร์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อการดูแลระบบและแก้ไขปัญหา
02เราใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร
- สร้างและจัดการแคมเปญโฆษณาบน Meta ตามคำสั่งของคุณ — ทุกการเขียนข้อมูลไปยัง Meta API ต้องได้รับการอนุมัติจากคุณก่อนเสมอ (human-in-the-loop)
- วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพแคมเปญและจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะการปรับงบประมาณ
- ประมวลผลข้อความสนทนาด้วยโมเดลภาษา (LLM) เพื่อแปลงความต้องการของคุณเป็นการตั้งค่าแคมเปญ
- ปรับปรุงความเสถียรและความปลอดภัยของระบบ
03ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลภายนอก
เราใช้บริการภายนอกต่อไปนี้ในการให้บริการ โดยแบ่งปันข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น

04การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัย
- Access token ของ Meta ถูกจัดเก็บแบบเข้ารหัส (encrypted at rest) และไม่ถูกส่งต่อให้บุคคลที่สาม
- ข้อมูลถูกจัดเก็บในฐานข้อมูลที่จำกัดการเข้าถึงเฉพาะระบบและผู้ดูแลที่ได้รับอนุญาต
- การรับส่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดใช้การเข้ารหัสผ่าน HTTPS/TLS
05ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา
เราเก็บข้อมูลของคุณตราบเท่าที่บัญชีของคุณยังใช้งานอยู่ หรือเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ เมื่อคุณลบบัญชีหรือยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อ ข้อมูลจะถูกลบตามขั้นตอนในหน้าการลบข้อมูลผู้ใช้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บรักษาไว้
06สิทธิของคุณ
ภายใต้ PDPA คุณมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้
- ขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ
- ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง
- ขอลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล (ดูขั้นตอนการขอลบข้อมูล)
- ขอระงับหรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล
- เพิกถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ — รวมถึงการถอนสิทธิ์แอปผ่านการตั้งค่าบัญชี Facebook ของคุณ ซึ่งมีผลตัดการเข้าถึง API ทันที
07การลบข้อมูล
คุณสามารถขอลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ดูขั้นตอนโดยละเอียดที่ หน้าการลบข้อมูลผู้ใช้ (User Data Deletion)
08การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากมีการแก้ไขนโยบายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบผ่านระบบหรืออีเมลก่อนมีผลบังคับใช้ พร้อมระบุวันที่มีผลของเวอร์ชันใหม่ไว้ที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้

Privacy Policy
PromptAds ("we", "us") is an AI assistant that lets you create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook / Instagram) through natural-language conversation. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. It is written to comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and Meta's Platform Terms.
01Data we collect
1.1 Data you provide directly
- Account information such as your name, email address, and contact details
- Conversation messages you type into the system, including business, product, budget, and advertising-goal details you choose to share
- Advertising content you supply, such as ad copy, images, and destination links
1.2 Data accessed via Meta APIs
When you connect your Meta account to PromptAds, we access data through the Meta Graph API / Marketing API strictly within the permissions you grant:
Create, edit, pause, or adjust budgets of campaigns, ad sets, and ads in your ad account, following instructions you approve.
Read ad performance data such as impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions, to generate reports and optimization proposals.
View the list of Facebook Pages you manage, so you can choose which Page to advertise with.
Read Page content and engagement data to validate posts used as ad creatives.
Create posts on your Page for use as ad creatives, using content you approve.
Create and manage ads connected to your Page.
Access business asset information only as needed to configure and link your ad account and Pages.
Meta data we store in our systems includes: your ad account and Page identifiers, campaign structures created through PromptAds, ad performance snapshots, and the access tokens used to call the API on your behalf.
1.3 Data collected automatically
- System usage data such as application logs and feature usage timestamps, used for operating and troubleshooting the service
02How we use your data
- To create and manage Meta ad campaigns on your instruction — every write to the Meta API requires your explicit approval first (human-in-the-loop)
- To analyze campaign performance and produce budget-adjustment proposals
- To process your conversation messages with a large language model (LLM) in order to translate your intent into campaign settings
- To maintain the reliability and security of the service
03Third-party processors
We rely on the following providers to operate the service, sharing only what is necessary:

These providers are bound by data-processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
04Storage and security
- Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties
- Data is stored in databases with access restricted to the application and authorized operators
- All data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS
05Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account or disconnect PromptAds, data is removed following the process on our User Data Deletion page, unless retention is required by law.
06Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request deletion of your data (see the deletion process)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time — including removing the app in your Facebook account settings, which immediately revokes our API access
07Data deletion
You can request deletion of all your data free of charge. See the full process on the User Data Deletion page.
08Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email before they take effect, and update the effective date at the top of this page.
