01ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ

เมื่อคำขอลบได้รับการดำเนินการ ข้อมูลต่อไปนี้จะถูกลบออกจากระบบของเราอย่างถาวร

  • ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้ (ชื่อ อีเมล ข้อมูลติดต่อ)
  • Access token ของ Meta ที่ใช้เรียก API ในนามของคุณ
  • ประวัติการสนทนาทั้งหมดกับระบบ
  • โครงสร้างแคมเปญและการตั้งค่าที่สร้างผ่านระบบ (campaign intents / specifications)

02วิธีขอลบข้อมูล

วิธีที่ 1

วิธีที่ 2

ถอดแอปออกจากบัญชี Facebook ของคุณ

การถอดแอปมีผลเพิกถอนสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง Meta API ของเราทันที

  1. เปิด Facebook ไปที่ Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. เลือก Apps and Websites
  3. ค้นหา PromptAds แล้วกด Remove

การถอดแอปตัดการเชื่อมต่อ แต่ข้อมูลที่เคยจัดเก็บในระบบเราจะยังอยู่จนกว่าคุณจะส่งคำขอลบตามวิธีที่ 1 — แนะนำให้ทำทั้งสองขั้นตอนหากต้องการลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด

03ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ

  • ยืนยันการรับคำขอ: ภายใน 72 ชั่วโมง
  • ลบข้อมูลออกจากระบบทั้งหมด รวมถึงข้อมูลสำรอง (backups): ภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ยืนยันคำขอ
  • เมื่อลบเสร็จสิ้น เราจะส่งอีเมลยืนยันพร้อมหมายเลขอ้างอิงเดิม

04ข้อมูลที่อาจเก็บรักษาต่อ

ในบางกรณี เราอาจจำเป็นต้องเก็บข้อมูลบางส่วนไว้ต่อ ได้แก่ (1) ข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บรักษา เช่น เอกสารทางบัญชีและภาษี ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด และ (2) ข้อมูลสถิติแบบรวมที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ (aggregated / de-identified) ซึ่งไม่ถือเป็นข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล นอกเหนือจากสองกรณีนี้ ข้อมูลของคุณจะถูกลบทั้งหมด

User Data Deletion

Effective date: July 16, 2026 · Version 1.0

Every PromptAds user, in any region, can request deletion of all personal data we store, free of charge. This page explains what gets deleted, how to make a request, and how long it takes.

01What will be deleted

Once a deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your account information (name, email, contact details)
  • Meta access tokens used to call the API on your behalf
  • Your full conversation history with the system
  • Campaign structures and configurations created through PromptAds (campaign intents / specifications)
  • Ad performance snapshots collected by the system
Note: Campaigns, ads, and data inside your own Meta ad account live on Meta's platform. Deleting your PromptAds data does not remove campaigns from your Meta account — you can manage those yourself in Ads Manager.

02How to request deletion

Method 1

Email us

Send a request to privacy@bozzlab.com from the email address linked to your PromptAds account, in this format:

To: privacy@bozzlab.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Body: your registered name or email, and a confirmation that you want all your data deleted

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and provide a reference number for tracking.

Method 2

Remove the app from your Facebook account

Removing the app immediately revokes our access to the Meta API:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Select Apps and Websites
  3. Find PromptAds and click Remove

Removing the app disconnects the integration, but data already stored in our systems remains until you submit a deletion request via Method 1 — we recommend doing both if you want everything erased.

03Timeline

  • Request acknowledged: within 72 hours
  • All data deleted from our systems, including backups: within 30 days of confirmation
  • When deletion is complete, we send a confirmation email carrying your original reference number

04Data we may retain

In limited cases we must keep certain data: (1) records we are legally required to retain, such as accounting and tax documents, for the period prescribed by law; and (2) aggregated or de-identified statistics that can no longer identify you, which are not personal data. Outside these two cases, all of your data is deleted.
